Puerto Vallarta / Riviera Nayarit
Real Estate Market | 25 P O R T A D A Today both Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit have a broad tourist offer of sun and beach, with Gran-Turismo and boutique ho- tels, as well as a large residential beach offer with a diversity that al- lows buyers to find properties from US$ 150,000 to residences from US $8-10 million. A YOUNG DESTINATION Jesús Gallegos, who heads exclusive La Tranquila and DECK: 12 projects, in Riviera Nayarit, said that he did not believe in property booms or fashions. “The real estate business is a consequence of vari- ous factors, such as the beauty of a place, the climate, but plane seats and hotel rooms are also very important elements. Everyone says that Vallarta has a real estate boom, the same as in Los Cabos and Cancun, but for me what they really have are plane seats and quality hotel rooms; in other words, an infrastructure and service of a certain level for the tourist who is able to acquire the property in the future”.
