Es por ello que entre el 8 y 18 de noviembre celebran un festival gourmet donde participan alrededor de 30 restaurantes. L ITIBÚ , PRIMERA ETAPA DEL CENTRO INTEGRALMENTE PLANEADO Uno de los importantes desarrollos ya en marcha es el polígono Litibú, proyecto de primer nivel que en el corto plazo ofrecerá alrededor de ocho hoteles boutique, una marina, helipuerto, hospitales, centros co- merciales y campos de golf, desarrollo de condominios y terrenos uni- familiares, entre otros atractivos. Este destino, como la primera etapa de este Centro Integralmente Planeado (CIP) del Fondo Nacional de Turismo (Fonatur) en Nayarit, ac- tualmente se encuentra al 100 por ciento vendido en los lotes hoteleros. El campo de golf diseñado por Greg Norman se encuentra en la fase fi- nal de construcción y se tiene estimado que estará listo entre agosto y no- viembre del año en curso. En Litibú ya se inició la construcción del primer hotel y se espera que en el corto plazo inicien la construcción de seis hoteles más, todos ellos de ca- denas internacionalmente reconocidas. Litibú contará con una zona comer- cial frente al mar, con gran variedad de ofertas gastronómicas y de entrete- nimiento, así como boutiques de marcas reconocidas internacionalmente. This destination, as the first stage of this Entirely Planned Center (EPC) of the National Tourism Fund (Fonatur) in Nayarit, is actually sold 100 per cent in the hotel lots. The golf course is designed by Greg Norman and it is actually in the final construction phase and it has been considered that it will be finished between august and November of this present year. It has already started the construction of the first hotel in Litibú and it is expected that six more hotels are built in a short term, all of them from internationally recognized chains. Litibú Hill have a comercial zone in front of the beach, with a great variety of gastronomic and entertainment offers, as well as internationally well known trademark boutiques. About the matter, Miguel Gómez Mont, director general of Fonatur, pointed out that in Litibú a master plan has been elaborated El Encanto. PUNTAMITA
